Your class tutors

Jasmine Pearce

A knowledgeable, passionate and experienced artist with her passion for theatre and the performing arts, leading her to working as a professional actor, singer and, of course, a teacher of many years.

Working with a wide array of budding performers Jasmine strives to help any student of age grow in both ability and confidence; she has taught hundreds of students and has seen many go on to win competitions and sign professional contracts.

As well as her education in musical theatre, singing and classical piano, Jasmine has achieved many qualifications and awards. In the vocal heath field, she is s a qualified Vocal Health First Aider, has a Level 4 in Vocal Anatomy and is an Accredited Member of the Vocal Health Foundation.

Jasmine is also an independent singer/songwriter with her songs featuring on the BBC, a well known actress/performer and a prominent musician in Norwich’s gig scene.

BEN NASH

An experienced director, choreographer, and educator Ben Nash, classes will be fun and fast- paced, focusing on building confidence, creativity, and key stagecraft skills through games, improvisation, storytelling, and performance technique.

Ben brings decades of experience working in youth theatre, professional productions, and physical theatre across the UK. As co-director of Drama Mavericks CIC, he’s passionate about helping young performers find their voice and shine on stage.

These sessions are perfect for beginners and budding actors alike—come and explore character, movement, and scene work in a welcoming and imaginative environment.

Where is it?

All of our classes and workshops take place in one of two studios at St Mary Magdalene Church, in Norwich.

St Mary Magdalene Church is easy to find, situated at the top of the hill on Silver Road, and opposite Knowsley Road. 

There is a car park in front of the church, and a bus stop directly opposite. The main entrance is in front of the car park, with an accessible entrance into the church (through the hall entrance), and accessible parking.
