New Schools initiative

Supported by Norwich Puppet Theatre

Drama Mavericks CIC delivers curriculum-linked drama and performance workshops for Key Stages 3–5, including GCSE, A-Level, and BTEC students across the Norwich area. Our programmes take place within schools and colleges, enhancing curriculum delivery and supporting learners to:

  • Develop advanced skills in devising, interpreting, and refining performance material.

  • Apply collaborative and independent rehearsal techniques.

  • Deepen understanding of dramatic forms, genres, and practitioners.

  • Analyse and evaluate creative processes and outcomes.

Each project can be tailored to current units or assessment criteria and may culminate in a public showcase at Norwich Puppet Theatre, giving students the opportunity to share their work in a professional theatre setting.
